Key Responsibilities

Provide customer and internal support via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues, including HTML/CSS problems.
Update and maintain website content using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Identify and report bugs to the development team.
Assist with basic coding tasks as needed.
Create clear documentation for troubleshooting and support procedures.
Communicate technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner.
Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements for support processes.

Qualifications

Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Quick learning ability and solid research skills.⁣
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, etc.).
