One of our clients recently wants to create some reports using his Jira’s (is a proprietary issue tracking product) data.

But unfortunately, Zoho Analytics doesn’t have direct integration with Jira. We were looking for a workaround and after some research, we found a workaround.

Zoho Analytics has integration with Google Sheet (Google Sheet is a spreadsheet program) and Jira has also integration with Google Sheet.

We integrate Jira with Google Sheet and then integrate that Google Sheet with Zoho Analytics. Yes, we got all the Jira data in Zoho Analytics!!!

We have created some reports and dashboards in analyzing Jira’s data.

Here some report name:

1. Count Of Issue Id By Assignee

2. Count Of Issue Id by Issue Type

3. Count Of Issue Id By Project Name

4. Count Of Issue Id By State
