Elementor to Zoho CRM Connector

Introduction :
Elementor to Zoho CRM Connector allows you to automatically send form submissions from Elementor forms directly into your Zoho CRM without manual effort.

This extension uses a dynamic webhook listener that generates a unique webhook URL. Once configured inside Elementor form actions, every submission is instantly captured and processed. The incoming data can then be mapped to your preferred Zoho CRM module fields such as Leads, Contacts, or Deals.

Setup in 3 simple steps

Open the extension in Zoho CRM and follow the steps below for setup.

Step 1: Connect Webhook in Elementor Form

  1. Copy the webhook URL shown in the app.

  1. In your Elementor form editor, find the **Add Action** section and select **Webhook** from the action list.

  1. Scroll down to the **Webhook** settings that appear, and paste the copied **webhook URL** into the Webhook URL field.

  1. Submit your form with sample data to generate a test submission.
  2. Return to the extension and click **Fetch Sample Payload**.
  3. Confirm that a payload preview appears.
  4. Click **Continue to Mapping**.

Tip: If no payload appears, send another fresh test submission and click **Fetch Sample Payload** again.

Step 2: Select CRM Module

  1. Choose the Zoho CRM module where new data should be saved (e.g, Leads or Contacts).

Step 3: Map Fields

  1. Click **Add Mapping**.
  2. On the left, choose a field from the incoming webhook data.
  3. On the right, choose the matching Zoho CRM field.
  4. Repeat for all important fields.
  5. Click **Save Configuration**.

That's it! Your field mapping has been saved and is now active for all future submissions.

Now submit the form again and verify that the submitted data appears correctly in Zoho CRM.
